We are tragic champagne enthusiasts. From the rich history and terroir of the region to the celebratory pop and fizz of that first drop from the bottle. What's not to love? With over three centuries of history, there is still so much new to discover and dynamic cuvées to try.

At The Champagne Vault, we strive to bring the best selection of champagnes to you. During our regular pilgrimage to the champagne region, we spend our time discovering new, boutique cuvées and studying the classic champagnes we know and love. We invest in our relationships with the producers and champagne artisans themselves, and are proud to promote their art in Australia.

Our philosophy is quality not quantity. We don't promise the widest selection. What we offer is a curated collection of champagnes that we personally adore and consider reflect some of the best from the champagne region. Many of our ranges are new to Australia - and are exclusive to The Champagne Vault.

Simon has a deep passion for champagne and love of the region. His curiosity and attention to detail have helped us to discover and offer a range of new, boutique and hard-to-find champagnes in Australia. Whether it's researching the terroir behind a particular champagne, or discovering the best pairing, Simon ensures our catalogue of champagnes meet the standards our customers expect.

David Easton

With over 15 years experience in storage, cellaring, warehousing, logistics and shipping, David is your man to get a bottle (or more!) of champagne to your door or restaurant quickly, safely and cheaply. From when it leaves the cellar in France to when it arrives at your door, David makes sure our champagne is transported and cellared under optimum conditions.
