Purity and seduction are captured beautifully in this white daisy champagne. This golden blanc de blanc presents delicate aromas with a rich, creamy taste, yet without being too heavy on the palate. Produced from chardonnay grapes along the Côte des Blancs, including 20 per cent from Grand Cru Cramant, Chouilly and Oger, as well as Damery, Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil, and la Chaussée de Damery. This pairs particularly well with seafood, particularly oysters and shellfish, and other salty dishes.
