The green daisy, a symbol of hope and desire, is the perfect expression for this blanc de noir cuvée produced with 100 per cent Pinot Meunier. It evokes light, fruity aromas with floral and citrus notes and a salty, mineral finish, presenting the ideal aperitif. Pair it with ewe’s cheese, dishes with earthy undertones or seafood. The grapes come from largely Damery, and the villages of Hautvillers, Côteaux d'Epernay, Villers-sous-Châtillon, Reuil, Oeuilly, Venteuil, Vauciennes.
